Return and Refund Policy

At Well-Being Mora, we strive to provide premium-quality products and excellent customer service. In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below:

Cancellations:

  • You can raise a cancellation request within 2 hours of placing the order along with the reason for cancellation.
  • If the order is a prepaid order, the refund shall be credited to your account within a specified number of days based on your card issuer's policies, once the request is approved and processed.

Returns:

  • Due to the nature of our products being food items, we regret to inform you that returns cannot be accepted once the products have been delivered.
  • If you have purchased any Well-Being Mora product from a retailer, you will need to contact the vendor or retailer that you purchased the product from, as they will have their own return policy.
  • If you are unable to return your Well-Being Mora product to the original retailer, our team will be happy to help. Email connect@wellbeingmora.com with your proof of purchase and reason for your dissatisfaction.
  • All clearance items are final sales.

Refunds:

  • After receiving your returned item, we will promptly inspect it and confirm receipt to you.
  • Following the inspection, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original method of payment.
  • You can expect to receive the refund within a specified number of days based on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Any shipping costs incurred while placing the order or returning the products before delivery are non-refundable.
