The time between when you place your order online and when you receive your purchase is broken up into two phases: processing and shipping. Processing is when we verify the details of your billing information and prepare your item for shipping in our warehouse. Shipping times can vary based on the shipping method you chose during your checkout process. Your order begins processing immediately after you click “Place order”. There is a limited time after you submit your order when it may be possible to change your shipping address, shipping method or payment method, but once the order moves into the shipping process it cannot be changed. To request a modification after you have submitted your order, please contact us with your order number for quick resolution.
After your order has been processed for shipping, the tracking number will be shared with you via email, as well as being accessible in your account history where the order was placed.
Yes! You can change your shipping address, but only within 2 hours after you place your order. To request a change, please contact us via email with your Order Number, which can be found in My Account on the Order Details page.
